This website (“Site”) is operated by Greener Cleaners, a woman-owned, eco-focused cleaning products and services brand. Throughout the Site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Greener Cleaners. By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older—or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction—to purchase products from this Site.

3. Product Information

We work hard to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, ingredient listings, instructions, and images. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display or color representation is accurate.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, misuse of discounts, or shipping restrictions. We may require additional information before accepting an order.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated at checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Any payment method displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

• Cash or money orders for approved local pickups (ID may be required; payment must be made before merchandise release).

Payment must clear before fulfillment. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension and collection efforts.

6. Shipping

6.1 General

Shipping estimates shown during checkout are estimates only. Weather, carrier delays, or other factors may affect timelines.

6.2 Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfers to you once the carrier marks the package “Delivered.” We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.

6.3 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to user error will not be refunded.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Eligibility

Refunds are at the discretion of Greener Cleaners. To qualify for returns or exchanges, items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-returnable items include opened products, personal-care items, diluted concentrates, custom formulas, or clearance items.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

7.3 Damaged / Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

8. Limited Warranty

Products are warranted free of manufacturing defects upon shipment. This does not cover natural variations, improper storage, contamination, misuse, or custom batches.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including allergic reactions or product misuse.

10. Ingredient Transparency

We list ingredients clearly. Customers must review ingredients for allergies or sensitivities prior to purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, images, formulas, and branding are owned by Greener Cleaners. No reproduction or distribution is allowed without written permission.

12. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in illegal use, scraping, data mining, fraud, review manipulation, or interference with site operations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Warrick County, Indiana.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updates.
